Tool to export your CartoDruid project

In the latest version of Cartodruid, we have introduced the ability to export your project and share it in any way you choose directly from your device. All the contents of your project are packaged into a .crtd file, which can be shared and then imported on any other device.

The .crtd file will contain the following:

• Configuration files for layers, synchronization, users, as well as configuration files for custom forms.
• SQLite files with the project data. If there is data you do not want to share, you can choose which tables should retain their data and which should not.
• Images associated with project elements. If you do not want to share the images, you also have the option to exclude them from the .crtd file.

To use this tool, open the TOC and select the button in the lower-right corner:

 

When you press the button, the following dialog appears:

In this dialog, you can choose whether to include all images and whether or not to share the data from all tables in the SQLite files.

If you uncheck the option ¿Include all table data¿, when you press ¿ACCEPT¿ a new dialog will appear where you can select which tables will keep their data and which will not:


 

Once the content has been packaged into the .crtd file, the available sharing options on your device will be displayed:
