A new version of cartoDruid is now available and it includes one of the most requested features by our users: the ability to import Esri Shapefile (.shp) files directly into cartoDruid.
In addition, this update also adds support for importing files in the following formats:
-
GeoJSON
-
GeoCSV
-
CSV with LPIS reference
With this improvement, it is now possible to create vector layers directly from these file types, making it even easier to incorporate geographic data into your projects.
In the following article, we explain how to create a layer from these files, expanding the available options for layer creation in cartoDruid.
This update reflects the cartoDruid team's commitment to continuously improving the application and adding new features that respond to the needs of our users.
